Transcripts - Order Official Transcripts

How do I get my transcripts? 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the school facility is closed and the staff is working remotely. All transcript requests must be submitted by email to Sandra Herrera, the Office Manager/Registrar, at sherrera@hartdistrict.org.

 

Please put "Transcript Request" in the email subject line.

 

All requests must contain the following: 

  • your name while enrolled at AOC  
  • birth date 
  • year of graduation (if you did not graduate from AOC, please indicate your last year of attendance at AOC)
  • copy of your photo ID, it must have a picture (Driver's License, School ID, etc.), a pdf is preferred
  • the purpose for transcript (name of college, employment, personal, etc.) 
  • address where a physical official transcript is to be sent
  • contact phone number
*An unofficial transcript will be attached to the reply email.*
