Transcripts - Order Official Transcripts

 

Current AOC students (9th-11th): you can download unofficial transcripts via Infinite Campus.

 

Current 12th grade students applying to college: Ms. Grijalva will send your official transcripts to the college(s) listed on Naviance (DO NOT order them from the main office).

All requests must contain the following: 

• Your name while enrolled at AOC  
• Birth date 
• Year of graduation (if you did not graduate from AOC, please indicate your last year of attendance at AOC)
• Copy of your photo ID, it must have a picture (Driver's License, School ID, etc.), a pdf is preferred
• Purpose for transcript (name of college, employment, personal, etc.) 
• Address where a physical official transcript is to be sent or name of person picking it up at AOC
• Contact phone number
• $3.00 per copy (Cash only. Sorry, NO CHECKS) - Transcripts will not be processed until payment is received.
