Please join our Town Hall Meeting tonight with COC's Dr. Omar Torres, Assistant Superintendent/Vice President of Instruction. It's at 6:00pm hosted by COC and they will review the logistics of the vaccine mandate and/or weekly testing for all COC students for our AOC community.

How to Submit Your Documentation
Vaccination proof and test results will be securely collected through a page on the college’s website. Please upload your documentation here: https://www.canyons.edu/administration/pio/notices/vaccination-status.php.
Next Steps
Once your vaccine record has been received and verified, you will receive a badge in your campus mailbox within three business days. Be sure to wear the badge whenever you are on-campus. This will enable you to bypass the check-in stations.
