Graduation on June 5th at 9:00am

Arrival time to graduation is between 7:45am-8:00am BUT no later than 8:00am.

Parkng is in lots 4, 5 and 6 for students and guests. There is limited parking. Parking in Lots 8 and 7 (parking structure) IS NOT available.

A security team will be present to check for cell phones, paraphernalia, etc. You cannot have them on you. You will be required to take it back to your vehicle. Car keys only.

A deputy will also be present in the stands and available for safety and security.

No water bottles will be allowed into the graduation area.

The gowns must be fully zipped up with appropriate attire underneath.

You should be dressed and zipped up with your graduation gowns, chords, and leis by 8:00am.


Please remind your parents, family and friends the following about graduation:

ONLY ticketed attendees can enter.

HOME SIDE TICKET BOOTH: For attendees with a GREEN wristband.

WEST ROAD ENTRY GATE: Located in front of the concession stands for attendees with a BLUE wristband.

o Guests will NOT be entering the VISITOR SIDE of the campus.

Disabled Guests

o Disabled seating will be available; however, advanced notice is required. If you required disabled seating, please notify Mrs. Herrera at

[email protected] by immediately.

o Requests for disabled seating at the event cannot be accommodated.

Attendee Seating

o Gates will open at 8:00 am. Graduation will begin at 9:00 am.

o While waiting for gates to open, attendees need to adhere to social distancing requirements, maintaining six feet of distance between family groups.

o Attendees may sit anywhere a “SIT HERE” sticker that matches their wristband color is available. Ex: An attendee with a BLUE wristband can sit anywhere a BLUE “Sit Here” sticker is available.

o Attendees to sit in pairs.

o Attendees must wear masks.

o No food or drinks will be available. Attendees will be permitted to bring water. o If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please remain at home. o Graduation will be livestreamed. Friends and family members not in attendance may view graduation at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEvPMS_0CE

Additional Seating (if applicable, more than 8 tickets):

o In addition to the above items, please be advised of the following:

▪ Each household of attendees must sit 6 feet apart to ensure proper

distancing of all attendees.

▪ If you received additional tickets, your seats are not guaranteed to be in the same section as your other family members.

Attendee and Graduate Dismissal

o Following the conclusion of graduation, attendees will not be allowed onto the field in efforts to ensure proper distancing of all.

o To ensure the orderly and safe dismissal of all individuals in attendance, attendees and graduates will be dismissed by section. PLEASE be patient and wait for your section to be dismissed.
