Class of 2021 Graduation Rehearsal

6/4/2021, 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM

We are excited and looking forward to graduation on June 5th at 9:00am. To ensure a successful and safe celebratory event, please take time to review the following protocols for our commencement ceremony.

MANDATORY Rehearsal on June 4th at 6:30am

Arrive at 6:15am. Rehearsals start promptly at 6:30am.

Parking is in Lots 4, 5, and 6.

Park closest to lot 5 and walk down the sidewalk between the gym and tennis courts. You will see Mr. Loper on a golf cart.

Check in begins at 6:15am at the table with Office Staff. They will tell you your assigned teacher.

You will line up by the softball field parking lot with your assigned teacher (above COC Stadium, top of stairs).

Rehearsals will last from 6:15am-7:30am.

You will receive 8 tickets for graduation. You will receive your cap and gown at graduation rehearsal. If you need more, you can see Mrs. Herrera at AOC after rehearsals. Wristbands are to be treated as cash. If lost, wristbands are not replaceable.

All students must start above the COC Stadium and check in by the tennis courts.

If you are wearing heels to graduation, please practice at rehearsal on the turf. There are various surfaces that you will be walking on.

Seniors are encouraged to wear their Senior T-shirts if possible.

Open up your cap and gown bag AT HOME. Please steam your gown and try it on with your attire. Use bobby pins for your cap to hold it in place.
