Welcome to AOC’s Counseling Website!
The website is continually updated and you should check back often. Counseling services center on a student’s academic needs and goals for both high school and college and will often differ from a comprehensive high school.
Counselors
Ms. Cubbage is AOC’s full-time counselor. She works with each student to develop a student’s individual educational plan that includes both high school and college classes. She is best contacted by email at jcubbage@hartdistrict.org.
Ms. Nossaman is a part-time counselor and assists students in career-technical education and scholarships. Her office hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 2pm. She can be contacted by email at pnossaman@hartdistrict.org.

9th Grade Paent Workshops
9th grade students should remind there parents that they are invited to attend the second and final 9th Grade Counseling Presentation on Thursday 1-26 from 7-9pm in Room 107 of the University Ctr (not AOC). Topics to be covered are student educational plans, educational pathways, and college admission requirements.
Harvey Mudd Spring *FAST* Program--for current 11th graders
The FAST: Future Achievers in Science and Technology Program is for high achieving high school juniors interested math and science. The program is FREE and held at Harvey Mudd on April 2, 2012 from 8am-3pm. Participants will sit in on an actual class, tour the campus, do a hands-on workshop, and interact with students and professors.
