Our Spring Make-A-Blanket Day is on March 2! Sign up here!

Don’t know how to make a blanket? No problem! Just watch this simple video!

Number of Blankets Delivered: 20,357

Our chapter opened in February 2013.  While most of our blanketeers are students from Academy of the Canyons High School, West Ranch High School, Hart at Home, Hart High School, Rio Norte Junior High School, and Valencia High School, we welcome and need volunteers help in a variety of ways.  Please see our Donations and How to Help page that contains our “wish list” or visit Blanket Making Guidlines to see how you can become involved.

Project Linus is a volunteer non-profit organization with a two-fold mission.

First, it is our mission to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children in need who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.”

Second, it is our mission to provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested individuals and groups in local communities, for the benefit of children.

Thank you guys so much for the beautiful blanket my daughter received while she was in the NICU at Henry Mayo Hospital! It was such a blessing and comfort to our family during that difficult time! Project Linus holds a special place in our hearts!
